Experienced administrators to ensure the full success of projects
The governance of the Jean-Jacques Hirsch Foundation is family-based, and 2 directors who are experts in their field sit on the initial executive committee.
Jean-Jacques Hirsch
Electronic and automation training engineer. His career began in the technique at ALTHOM, then TELEMECANIQUE ELECTRIQUE, then in marketing in France and the United States at HEWLETT-PACKARD. He created a computer service company which he managed for more than 30 years, before selling it to a French industrial group.
In parallel, he was president of the Kasih Bunda France association between 2006 and 2011, with a strong experience in supporting candidates for the international adoption of children of Sri Lankan and Bulgarian origin, humanitarian projects with among other doctors of the World and corporate patronage actions.
He also recently agreed to be the president of an ASL which manages an important complex of housing, shops and a cinema on antibes.
He is the founder of this foundation.
Christiane Hirsch
Christiane Hirsch was a school teacher for over 30 years, she was responsible for the school scholarships program in Sri Lanka, Madagascar and Indonesia. She was president of Kasih Bunda France between 2011 and 2016.
Valérie Labouré-Hirsch
Valérie Laboure-Hirsch is the founder’s niece, she graduated from the Lyon Higher School of Commerce, has made a career in large accounting and financial audit companies before joining the NESTLE group where she held positions with important responsibilities. She created her consulting firm in management of the CSR transition in 2024.
Vincent Hirsch
Vincent Hirsch is the son of Christiane and Jean-Jacques HIRSCH. After training in computer science and trade at the University of Grenoble, he completed his two training courses with a Bachelor degree in trade at the University of Melbourne in Australia. He created his marketing consulting company in 2024.
Dr Guy Monceaux
Doctor Guy MONCEAUX is a surgeon in the specialty of OTO-RHINO- LARYNGOLOGY and in surgery in the face and neck. Former intern of the Paris hospitals and former chief of clinic-assistant, he exercises his activities in Orleans.
He was president of Kasih Bunda France between 2016 and 2021.
Claude Chautant
Claude Chautant is an architect DPLG, president of the SAS Atelier A. He is registered with the Order of Architects and he teaches at the engineering school in Algiers. In 1994, he created an architectural firm, interiors and town planning architect in Grenoble.
With a very wide palette of realization (culture, tertiary, trade, industry, airport, sports and leisure, parking, health, teaching, housing, place of worship and individual house villa) This firm is also present internationally.
